“I’m Coach Kait, and my love for CrossFit began 9 years ago when I moved to Philly. I was a late bloomer when it came to sports and didn’t fully step into my Athlete identity until my 20s. When I first started CrossFit, I could barely hold a 35lb bar overhead and could only do about 35% of the movements. I loved that I had so much to learn and I dedicated myself to learning the physical skills it took to complete the workouts RX.

I truly believe that people are far stronger than they realize and can achieve anything their minds dream of with hard work and consistency. Teenage Kait would have never believed she could do a pull-up, and now, can complete Murph with a weighted vest!

Fitness has completely transformed my life, and it brings me so much joy to help others discover what they’re capable of. Whether you want to build confidence with weights, learn new skills, or just have more fun working out—I’d love to work with you.”
