Absolutely not! CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your current fitness level, age, or any injuries you may have. Every workout can be scaled and modified to meet your needs, making it accessible for everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes, grandparents to Olympians.

Getting started is easy! Pick one of the sign up options above to set up your first session.

Each class includes a warm-up, a strength session, and a metcon (metabolic conditioning) workout. If time permits, there’s a cash-out (a final challenge) and some post-workout stretching. Our coaches will review all movements before the workout and provide plenty of scaling options to ensure everyone has a safe and effective workout.

Bring water, sneakers, and a dose of mental toughness. If you forget something, don't worry—we’ve got you covered. We sell water, protein bars, and recovery drinks at the gym. As for mental toughness, that will develop over time as you push through your workouts!

Yes, there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. We recommend leaving a little extra time in case you need to circle the block to find a spot.

We love having visitors! If you’re planning to drop in, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the waiver. Be prepared to be warmly greeted by our box dog, Molly—she’s a fan of new friends!

Yes! Goose is Paul’s nickname. Legend has it, he once led a flock of 100 geese from Ireland to Philadelphia, and the name stuck. Don’t be surprised if you hear both names used interchangeably!
