Lauren McGinley

Lauren is a full time Elementary Special Education teacher with a passion for sports and fitness. She grew up playing sports her whole life from the time she was very young. She played basketball, field hockey, and ran track. Lauren continued her field hockey career in college at Bloomsburg University, where she won a National Championship before transferring to West Chester University where she finished her athletic career. Being very competitive and an athlete her whole life, she looked for something to do after college that gave me the same competitive edge as sports but couldn’t find anything she liked until she tried out CrossFit. Lauren loves how CrossFit pushes her to be the best she can be both mentally and physically everyday. CrossFit has helped her to improve my overall health, fitness, strength, stamina and coordination. She also loves the community you get from a CrossFit gym and the community at CFF is one unlike any other.  Lauren is very excited to share her passion for CrossFit and training with the members at CFF, help every member reach their goals, and have fun while getting there!
