Emily is a Makerspace teacher and Assistant Head of School at a middle school in West Philly. She turned 40 and got married all in the last month! She started Crossfit exactly one year ago because she knew her wedding would be great motivation to stick with it. She quickly fell in love with CFF - the encouraging coaches who push her to lift more, the PM crew (waves enthusiastically!), the deadlifts! Instead of getting snatched for her wedding, her goal quickly became to get swole for her wedding - goal achieved! Her favorite movement is back squats.
