Jon began his CrossFit journey at CFF in October 2021 and joined the coaching staff in September 2024. A dancer since the age of 7, he trained in multiple styles of dance through college, gaining a strong foundation in discipline, form, and technique. Jon brings this focus to his coaching, hoping to help his athletes improve their body awareness and movement efficiency. Before CrossFit, he coached The Lithe Method—a fusion of Pilates and cheerleading conditioning. Outside the gym, Jon is a professional pastry chef, enjoys figure skating, and loves spending time with his two Siamese cats.
