“Joining CF Fairmount was one of the best decisions I've made in 2019 - in fact it was my New Years Goal. I've always been active but shied away from the idea of joining a crossfit gym. I used to think that it would be "too intense" for me until I finally decided to give it a go. All I can say is that I am sure glad I did! The community at CF Fairmount is incredible. Everyone is welcoming, coaches are great, present, and hands on, and you always have a friendly dog greeting you at the door. It's a workout I enjoy going to after working a 10hr shift and being on my feet all day. I like the challenge, seeing myself improve, and most of all the friendly faces that have now turned into friends.”
